I bought this necklace in the silver finish. It is SO beautiful, and looks like it cost about ten times more than it did. The pearl is genuine and has a lustrous finish. The necklace is dainty and can be worn with everything, In the six months or so that I've owned it, I have seen no wear and tear. I remove it for workouts and showering, and I wipe it gently with a towel every time I wear it. As a pet lover, I feel happy wearing this piece.
